Just a short note to say how pleased we were with your efforts to make our Sarah and Ben's wedding day such a happy and memorable event. You and your team must have worked very hard to achieve the results that were only perfect. Special thanks to David. He is a superstar. He worked tirlessly on the day and was still up serving drinks past bedtime! We didnt have to think about anything - he was everywhere at all times and made the day run to perfection.

We really cant thank you David, the team and the hotel for the best day of our lives. It truly outshone our very high expectations. There is no negative and we just wish we could could do it all again as time went so fast!

Finally - to all the serving staff, cooks and behind the scenes people - although I didnt see them on the day I know them, they must have been working flat out too and appreciate their hard work.

Regarding Linda - her flowers, personality, creativity and ideas were just brilliant. I felt completely comfortable letting her take charge of the flowers after our consultation and totally loved the designs and boquets. Linda got it asolutley just right. Despite me not knowing much about flowers/names/colous/designs, Linda understood me and made them very 'me' despite not really knowing what I wanted. I still have some of flowers alive in my lounge after 2 weeks! She is a real credit to the hotel.

Flutterby - Zowie. You advertise Zowiie's services for hair and make up in your brochure and after a trial with her I booked her. My wedding was the first she had done at the Pinewood and if anyone asks - she is brilliant. I totally recommend her and she was great on the day - very relaxing and fun and great to have around - plus her make up was beautiful! She made me into a princess!

Maria Scavetta - Photographer. I met Maria at your wedding fayre and hired her after that. Again - she is a credit to have as a supplier to the hotel. Her pre wedding photos were lovely. Very modern and interesting. As a photographer she is outstanding. On the day she really went the extra mile .... from demanding us into our clothers, helping us dress, ironing Dels's shirt (!), calming my parents and making sure people did what she needed when she needed it. She was ever present wth the camera whilst remaining completely obtrusive. She was brilliant. She even stayed late into the evening to photograph the fireworks when really she should have finished hours before. Again - I recommend her 100%.

I have one recommendatiation and that is that you charge an extra couple of hundred quid to all future weddings....and then use this money to give yourselves a fat bonus. You truly deserve it!

What more can I say - you made our day day into a fairy tale. I am beyond grateful.

Ben and I had a truly perfect day, we could not have wished for it to have been any better!

All our guests commented on how amazing the food was too, not only the main meal but all my evening guests commented on the lovely buffet food too. In fact one of my work colleagues told me he had about 20 slices of pizza!!!

As far as all the staff are concerned, we couldn't have asked for better. You were wonderful and attentive, and we really couldn't have asked for a better person to be looking after us. I would also like to mention that Ben and I were very impresed with David (?), as we watched him checking every plate before it was placed down in front of our guests. Even when we were away, I know I had a flat tyre and the staff there were trying to get it changed for me!

Lynda's flowers were amazing, and all the guests who got to take a posy home said that they lasted for almost 2 weeks! I have had lots of comments on how well matched everything was colour wise, which i know will make Lynda smile! I have lots of photos of the flowers, which I will send on to Lynda.

The disco was fab too. Everyone danced, and he played such a wide range of music, and all the songs I asked for!! He was also very accomodating when one of my rather tipsy bridesmaids asked for tunes like 'hear the drummer get wicked' and the like!!

Ben and I have already recommended the restuarant to many of our friends, and if anyone to ever ask for a reference we would be more than happy to provide you with a glowing one.

For years i have dreamed of running my own hotel and have a great passion for customer service, and your hotel really did tick all the boxes in terms being unique and offering service that was second to none.

I just thought i would send a little email to congratulate all the employees of the hotel who really did work together in a highly effective team, and ensured my guest experience was a positive one. From the person working in the restaurant/ bar, the guest services people who checked me in/ out to the person who delivered my room service. No one is short of a smile which is so refreshing.

Thanks guys for making my stay a special one!

I have just had one of the best hotel meals that I have ever had and whilst I would wish to commend your restaurant staff for their service I would wish to single out your young lady chef who produced a memorable meal. The young lady never stopped during my time in your restaurant and whilst I made a point of congratulating her I really do think that her efforts should be noted.
